Discreet packaging, always
Every Ardora order ships in a plain, unbranded box with a generic return address. There are no product names, logos or images anywhere on the outside. No signature is required at delivery, so your parcel can be left as normal.
Delivery times
Estimated arrival is 6 to 10 business days. We ship worldwide.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order leaves our facility you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

You can follow your parcel at any time on our order tracking page using the number from your dispatch email.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authority. These are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address?
Contact us as quickly as possible if you entered the wrong shipping address. We can usually correct it before dispatch, but once a parcel has shipped we are unable to reroute it.
