By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The products
Ardora sells seating accessories for drivers. Our products are not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unusual reseller quantities. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.
We do our best to display products and colours accurately, but your screen is your screen. Slight variation in the fabric shade is not a defect.
Product claims
We publish specifications only after we have measured them. Where a figure is still in testing we say so on the page rather than printing a number we cannot back. If we later publish a measurement that changes what you understood when you bought, contact us and the trial applies regardless of how many days have passed.
Returns
Governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Warranty
Every Ardora product carries a one year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Normal wear, damage from misuse, and damage from modification are not covered. Warranty claims: email a photo to info@ardoraluxe.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or missed loads.
Intellectual property
The Ardora name, logo, site design, photography, and copy are our property. Do not copy them for commercial use.
User content
If you send us a review, photo, or video, you give us permission to publish it on our site and marketing with attribution to your first name and last initial. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
