Ardora Contour
A seat-bottom cushion and a matched lower-back piece, built so the relief doesn't cost you your driving position.
- Low-profile by design. Sized so your armrest, mirrors and pedal reach stay where you set them. Compressed height pending measurement
- Matched pair, not a lone pad. Lift the hips with a cushion alone and the seat's own lower-back support ends up an inch below where it used to meet you.
- Built against compression set. The failure mode that kills every cushion in this category, named and designed for. Retention figure pending test
- Cover zips off, washes cold. The core wipes down.
- ●Free shipping to a house, a terminal, or a UPS Access Point.
- ●60-day trial. Long enough for the durability claim to be testable, which is the point.
- ●Full refund, no restocking fee. Drop it at any UPS Store.
Why the last one flattened
There is a specific reason a cushion feels right the week you buy it and dead by the end of the month. It has a name, it happens to every foam ever made, and almost nobody in this category will say it out loud.
Foam doesn't wear out. It takes a set.
Put the same load in the same spot for ten hours a day and the foam stops springing all the way back. A little less every morning. After about three weeks it is carrying almost nothing, and here is the part that catches drivers out: it looks exactly the same from above.
That is why the pad behind your passenger seat failed. Not because it was cheap. Because nothing in this category is tested for the hours a working driver actually puts on it.
It didn't wear out. Foam doesn't wear out. It does something else.
Relief that doesn't rearrange your cab.
Most cushions solve one problem by creating three. Lift a driver an inch and the armrest sits wrong, the mirrors are off, the knees climb toward the wheel, and the shoulder starts aching in week two. Plenty of drivers have traded a sore tailbone for a sore shoulder and called it an upgrade.
The number that decides whether that happens to you is the cushion's height with you on it — not the height on the box. Nobody in this category prints it.
We intend to. It is not on this page yet because it is not measured yet, and putting an unmeasured number here is exactly the behaviour that got this category where it is.
Your seat foam died before your back did.
A truck seat's foam is usually finished long before the seat looks worn. Nothing about it changes from above. It just stops holding you up — and every driver who sits in it after that assumes the change is happening in him.
If you have been quietly filing this under getting older, it is worth checking the equipment first. A cushion is a legitimate substitute for the part of that seat that failed. It is not a substitute for a seat that is structurally finished, and we will tell you how to tell the difference before you spend anything.
The review wall is empty on purpose.
We are a new brand. We could fill this space in an afternoon and you would have no way of knowing — which is exactly why a wall of five-star reviews from a company you have never heard of is worth nothing to you.
So here is the standard a testimonial has to meet before it goes on this page. If it cannot answer all of these, it does not run:
- Truck make and model, and route type
- Hours a day in the seat
- What they ran before, by name and price
- Minimum 60 days elapsed — a week-one quote proves nothing about durability, and durability is the whole claim
- A functional change, in hours and stops, not adjectives
Until those exist, the 60-day trial is the only promise we are in a position to make, and it is the one that costs us rather than you.

Every figure above goes live the day it is measured, not the day it would be convenient. A spec table with honest blanks is the entire positioning of this product.
What we haven't measured yet
Three things drivers ask about that we are not going to answer until we can answer them with a number:
Load rating. Every foam cushion has a load past which it stops working. Almost none of them will tell you what it is. We are not going to print one before it is tested at the loads a working driver actually applies.
Heat. This category makes claims about breathability that fall apart the moment bodyweight closes the channels. We have not run thermal testing under sustained load, so we are not making a heat claim.
How it compares. No competitor comparison runs here until we have bought the competitors and measured them ourselves.
Basic care
Unzip the cover and machine wash cold, tumble low or hang. Wipe the core with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before the cover goes back on. Do not put the core in a washing machine and do not dry it in direct sun.
Shipping and returns
Free shipping to a home address, a terminal, or a UPS Access Point — there is one at or near most major truck stops, and most drivers time delivery to a reset. Sixty days to decide. Email for a label, drop it at any UPS Store, full refund to your card. The original box does not need to be in good shape.
The rest of the cab
One driver, one seat, one set of hours. Everything here is built for the same eleven.

Reviews
First-run orders are on the road. Reviews appear here at 60 days and not before — a durability claim needs elapsed time behind it or it is just noise.
Questions drivers actually ask
Will it change my seat height or my mirrors?
My last cushion flattened in three weeks. Why is this different?
What weight is it rated for?
Will it run hot?
My legs go numb on long stretches. Will this fix that?
I'm in a company truck. Am I allowed to use this?
